Catalyst 2012: Editions one and two

I am currently the editor of RMIT’s student magazine, Catalyst. Working in a team of three, we’ve created an 80 page magazine with content targeted towards Melbourne students.  My main roles include commissioning, editing and writing content and liaising with RMIT photography students to ensure the magazine has great writing and great images.

Is it a bird, is it a plane…

This was one of the most interesting stories i’ve written. Published in RMIT’s newspaper City Journal, I was thrilled to interview some truly colourful characters. It details the rise of the Real Life Superhero movement, the activities of Melbourne’s own eco-vigilantes – the Fauna Fighters – and the positives and negatives associated with civilian justice.
